ShirtsThatGo Statement of Compliance with CPSIA

CPSIA Compliance
At ShirtsThatGo we make every effort to be compliant with all laws that apply to us. We are not a manufacturer per se but our products are intended for use by children under the age of 12 so we have very carefully selected the components of our product from highly reputable companies (American Apparel & Brother). Being a small company that falls within certain guidelines we are not required to lab test our product but at the same time we must comply with the regulations. We accomplish this by only utilizing garments and printer inks that are already certified as compliant. The CPSC has created a registry called the small batch manufacturers which provides relief from testing to certain small companies. We are currently registered with the CPSC as small batch manufacturer# 018843-012016

Our product is made up of two components: 1) the blank garment (t-shirt) and 2) the design which is put on the t-shirt via a printing process then heat cured. Our t-shirt material comes from American Apparel which certifies (see below certificate) that the garments are lab tested and certified to be in full compliancy with CPSIA. Our printing technology from Brother uses inks that are lab tested and certified (see below certificate) to be in full compliancy with CPSIA.
